Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: CGC) are valid for all orders and shipments between Samoci S.r.l. (hereinafter: parramatta) and its customers through the website parramattacashmere.com
2. Order procedure, contract conclusion, quantity limitation
The Seller offers its customers a vast assortment of products. By clicking on the product the customer is taken to the relevant product sheet where he can view the details of the item. Then setting the desired quantity and clicking on the cart symbol, it will insert the product in a virtual shopping cart.
By clicking on "Cart", located at the top right of the screen, the customer displays a summary of the selected goods and has the possibility to verify and modify his choice.
To finish the purchase the customer can proceed. At this point, already registered customers will be able to enter their account where they have previously saved their data which they can automatically exploit for the order in progress. New customers can decide whether to register and then create their account. In the latter case the customer will then have to enter the shipping address and the order summary sending in the subsequent screens.
Proceeding in the order phase, the customer displays a "Preview" of the order, complete with prices (incl. VAT in cases of shipment within the EU, excluding B2B sales) and options and delivery costs.
To complete the order, then send a binding offer, the customer must click on "Buy".
Conclusion of the contract
The display of the product assortment in our e-shop is provided for informational purposes only and does not represent a binding offer for sale. Only when the customer clicks on the "Buy" button does he send us a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. The customer then receives an automatic confirmation by e-mail of the receipt of the order. This confirmation does not yet represent acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded only when the goods are sent to the customer, confirming the evasion by e-mail.
Conclusion of the contract in case of Bank transfer
In the case of choosing the method of advance payment, the purchase contract will be concluded already with the sending by the Seller of the payment information. The customer will receive this notification within 24 hours of processing the order. The confirmation of receipt of the order does not represent the payment information. If the bank transfer has been selected as a form of payment, the amount must be paid within and no later than 5 days from the time of the informative email by bank transfer to one of the current account indicated. The payment is considered to be made at the time of the credit on our current account of the invoice amount, so for the purposes of the expiry of the payment terms the date of the transfer is decisive. If we do not register the payment within the above 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
3. Prices and delivery costs
All prices are inclusive of Italian VAT for sales made to individuals in the EU.
By selecting the express courier and the destination of the goods you will have the shipping costs updated.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders will be processed within the warehouse stock limit; if not all the products should be available, the Seller reserves the right, if he considers it tolerable for the customer, to make a partial delivery at his own expense. In the event that due to refueling problems not attributable to it, it is unable to ship the ordered product, it reserves the right to terminate the contract. In this case the Seller will immediately inform the customer by proposing a product with similar characteristics. If a replacement product is not found or the customer refuses the delivery of the proposed item, he will immediately refund all the services already paid by the customer.
Shipments that take place within the European Union are exempt from customs charges. Any customs duties, taxes or additional charges for shipping in non-EU countries, with particular reference to Switzerland, are charged to the customer.
If the goods sent have been damaged during transport, the customer is obliged to inform Customer Service immediately. In this way we will have the opportunity to in turn submit a complaint against the carrier or use the damage insurance. Failure to provide notice by the customer does not affect its statutory warranty rights.
